High Intensity (low impact) Interval Training involves cardio, strength training, lots of sweat and lots of FUN- depending on your mindset :). Pilates is core focused, same idea. We work to your edge, breathing through the frustration and challenge!
Yoga is the all encompassing practice. The movement, breath, and mind control are crucial parts of it. With a mix of playful, rejuvenating, and challenging flows, we are able to navigate our bodies with awareness, compassion, and astonishment.
Through more specific movement, with more specific goals, we can begin to work towards the more physically demanding Asanas. Whether you wish to float on your hands or not, these short classes, when done consistently, can help build the muscles, awareness, and confidence to even think about trying!
