VINYASA AND YIN
Wednesdays at 630 pm
at Newburgh Yoga Shala
All levels welcome! We start with ~40 minutes of vinyasa to build heat (moving with the breath) and spend the second half of class settling into cooling postures for Yin. Both portions of class allow for exploration to confront challenges in different ways.
